Motorised frame racks
RJTM and RBM
The motorised rack is used for storing plate glass. It is compact, easy to access, and the use of the electric or manual drive makes it simple to operate. It is produced in two basic variants:
RJT - designed for plate glass - vertical contact surfaces are covered with 3mm felt strips; the bottom is covered with 15mm plywood with rubber strips.
RB - designed for packaged glass (END-CUPs) - the side contact surfaces are fitted with self-assembling bases, which ensure easy removal of the wooden crate packaging.
Construction and design
The body of the rack consists of a durable steel structure made of tubular profiles. The individual frames run on steel tracks, which have a flat profile to facilitate access to the loader. The pedal lock lets you set which position the rack opens in. The frames are then moved to the outermost positions using the first position and the rack remains open at the selected position.
Drive
There are two drive types to choose from. The electrically-powered version opens the rack automatically, so you can get on with other tasks in the meantime. The crank-driven rack is moved to the outer positions mechanically using a crank.
