Motorised frame racks

Type RJTM

is meant for storage of glass sheets. Vertical loading area is fitted with 3mm felt padding and the bottom area is fitted with 15mm plywood.

Type RBM

is meant for storage of crates. Vertical supports are fitted with 4 pads for easy disassembly of wooden package and to support the glass.

Construction: Steel frame is welded from steel profiles with surface painted in RAL colours. Loading frames are guided together on two rail tracks of only 20 mm in height which allows easy access to manipulation area. This construction ensures maximum comfort and safety for the operator while increasing productivity. Frames are powered by electromotor with 230V power supply. From 15 positions the system is standardly equipped with remote control. The frame rack can be fitted with a manual drive that can be later replaced with an electromotor.

Manipulation of electric version: Upon stepping on the pedal in the selected position and pressing the activation button, the frames are automatically moved to the end positions, creating a gap in front of the selected position. During the process, the operator can carry out other preparatory tasks. The drive is stopped automatically if the operator enters the manipulation area while it is moving.

Manipulation of manual version: Upon stepping on the pedal in the selected position and rotating the mechanical transmission lever, you can move the frames to the end positions, creating a gap in front of the selected position. The effective length of the lever can be adjusted so that an adequate strength to move a required number of frames is ensured.
